The experienced scaffold crew is looking for a new colleague for the factory area in Raahe. We are seeking a scaffold helper for scaffold installation tasks in a factory environment. Previous experience in scaffold construction or other construction tasks is required. But here, attitude is the most important. Scaffold construction is a team discipline and a safety-critical activity where the right attitude and contribution from each person matter. We are primarily looking for someone who can commit to the job long-term. You will be trained and oriented to your tasks. You will work in a installation team with experienced professionals and the work is performed with full regard to safety regulations. Although the job is physically demanding at times and requires focus and accuracy, the atmosphere in the group is good and rough humor is not spared. We offer: a long-term employment and mainly full-time work, with some seasonal variations possible; wage according to the Construction Industry Collective Agreement, hourly wage at least €12.59; relaxed and supportive coworkers; thorough orientation and training; suitable gear and tools supplied for the job. We expect: previous experience in scaffold construction or other construction tasks; a committed and proactive approach; ability to follow given instructions and the courage to ask when something is unclear; basic tool-use skills and good physical condition; at least 18 years of age; good Finnish language skills; valid occupational safety card.
