Method Designer

We are seeking a Method Designer for our Pori production facility. The role involves programming parts from customer drawings for milling centers, lathes, and CNC grinding machines, ensuring first test runs validate the programming so production can start smoothly. You will develop methods for various machine tools, and be responsible for tool selection and testing. Programming is done for multiple control systems (Siemens, Fanuc, Mazak, Heidenhain) using all relevant programming languages. Candidates may be experienced professionals or early-career entrants with the right attitude and a desire to grow in the field. Required background includes a suitable education in machine and production engineering (or equivalent machining background), industry experience with machining, understanding CNC programming, settings and machining methods, 3D design skills, and proficiency in English to support programming.
