We are seeking an experienced earthworks operator with plastic welding skills for construction projects in Espoo, Finland. The job involves municipal civil works such as digging wells, sewer lines and lighting, using plastic welding methods for piping. Experience with level and pipe lasers is required. Work starts when a suitable candidate is found and continues at least until year end. Requirements include experience in earthworks and plastic welding, valid occupational safety and information safety cards, good Finnish language skills as the supervisor communicates in Finnish, high work ethic and independence, and good interpersonal skills for teamwork in demanding situations. Salary will be determined by experience, with pay twice a month and a paid onboarding. Daily work equipment and support are provided, and there is an opportunity to develop skills and advance to more demanding roles.
