Junior Recruitment Consultant - Vaasa. Interested in a job where you can get to know the operations and people behind several companies? We are looking for a part-time Recruitment Consultant who is energetic, brave, and proactive and wants to learn understanding the operations, skill needs and staffing solutions of current and new client companies. Prior experience is not required; the most important thing is interest in meeting people, networking, and learning. Responsibilities include: sourcing and contacting candidates; handling recruitment processes; communicating with client companies; assisting HR and employment matters; building networks with regional companies and job seekers. Requirements: social and proactive approach, fluent Finnish and Swedish, initiative-driven and results-oriented. Prior experience in recruitment, sales or HR is a plus but not required.
