Freelance Recruiter

Join our growing team at Next Job Abroad! We’re looking for a motivated and ambitious freelance recruiter to join our international team and help connect candidates with exciting job opportunities abroad. This is a remote freelance position with a strong focus on performance and independence. During your first three months, you’ll receive a paid onboarding and training period, where you’ll get hands-on guidance, tools, and support while learning our processes and building your candidate pipeline. After this period, the role continues on a commission basis – with no earning cap. You should be comfortable dedicating around 30–40 hours per week, as success in this role depends on consistency and commitment. Responsibilities include sourcing and headhunting Swedish-speaking candidates for roles abroad, sourcing and headhunting candidates in English for language-based roles, screening CVs, conducting interviews, maintaining communication with candidates, collaborating with the internal team to understand client needs, managing your own pipeline, following up with candidates after placement to ensure smooth onboarding. Requirements include fluent Swedish (native or near-native) and proficient English, prior recruitment experience (agency or international setting preferred), comfort with freelance/commission-based work, sourcing and headhunting skills (LinkedIn and social media), self-driven and organized, and a passion for helping people work abroad.
