We are seeking a child supervisor to guide the Allergia-, Iho- ja astmaliiton family course children’s group to operate safely, purposefully and smoothly. As a child supervisor you will work as part of a multidisciplinary course team and, together with the children’s instructors, be responsible for planning, implementing and ensuring smooth group activities during the course. You can learn about our activities at allergia.fi/kurssit. We require the applicant to have teaching or kindergarten teacher qualifications. Task description as child supervisor: you will ensure safe, age-appropriate and goal-oriented group activities; you will be responsible for planning the activities and achieving the goals; you will coordinate children’s activities and the division of tasks among the instructors; you will serve as a contact person for parents on matters related to the children’s activities; you will participate in course planning and team work. We hope you have a flexible and cooperative work attitude; experience with course activities and responsibilities; experience with multidisciplinary collaboration; good interpersonal skills; initiative and problem-solving ability. Employment is fixed-term and course-specific. The work mainly happens on weekends, with accommodation and full board paid. Weekend course work typically from Friday 14:30 to Sunday 15:00. About 2–5 courses per year. Work time and compensation are determined by the course program. The spring 2027 courses will be based on public tendering; places known in autumn 2026. Other notes: work with children requires a criminal records extract before employment and validity of EA1 certificate. If needed we can cover first-aid training.
