Junior AI Content Creator

We are currently looking for an energetic, curious and motivated Junior AI Content Creator to produce marketing content using modern AI tools. In this role you will leverage the latest generative AI solutions to create images, videos and other digital content. The role is new and will develop as your skills grow. The ideal candidate has a background in graphic design or visual communication and several years of experience in a graphic design, production art directing or related visual design role in an advertising, marketing or communications agency. You are interested in applying AI in creative work and want to develop your skills in a fast-changing environment. You know the basics of visual design such as typography, layout, image editing and production of visual materials. You understand how high-quality marketing materials are produced for different channels and how to incorporate AI as part of the process. You are proactive, fast-paced and enjoy a dynamic work environment where new ways of working are continuously developed. Requirements include: education in the field and several years of experience; experience with using generative AI in creative work and with asset and content creation platforms (e.g. Copilot, ElevenLabs, Figma Weave or similar); interest in marketing and digital content production; understanding of different media channels and their content requirements; ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies; attention to detail and a eye for high-quality visual and textual content; a curious and experimental attitude toward AI). Your responsibilities include: producing content with AI tools; creating texts, images and videos for various channels; editing, finishing and quality assurance of AI-generated content; testing new AI tools and methods; tasks guided by the AI Content Manager.
