Lead Product Manager responsible for driving growth, engagement, and retention for our member population with complex care needs. This is a growth-oriented product leadership role. You will own the strategy, experimentation roadmap, and success metrics for improving how members enter, engage in, and remain in care over time, while maintaining clinical integrity and regulatory compliance. You will operate at the intersection of growth strategy, clinical care models, and product execution, shaping how Spring Health scales program impact through data-driven iteration, experimentation, and system-level thinking. Please note that this is a hybrid role based in San Francisco, with an expectation to be in office 2-3 days a week. Our office is located at 44 Montgomery Street.
