We are seeking a full-time Child Custody and Enforcement Specialist for the centralized family law services unit of the Western Uusimaa wellbeing district. The team operates in four locations—Espoo, Kirkkonummi, Lohja, and Raseborg—with the open position based at the Espoon keskuksen family center in Espoon keskus. The role involves handling decisions related to child maintenance collection for children in foster care and negotiating maintenance agreements with parents, and formalizing those agreements. The position sits at the interface of family services, client fees and reimbursements, and child protection. Responsibilities include independent work, strong reasoning and negotiation skills, and clear oral and written communication. The successful candidate may be asked to provide a drug certificate in accordance with the region’s drug program. Knowledge of Swedish and English is valued, as is prior experience in similar tasks.
