Café Worker

A café worker is wanted for Kaleva sports park, and assembling a new team starts now! Act quickly—start spring in a new job. We are looking for a cheerful customer-service worker who is ready to start as soon as possible. Shifts are in the evenings and at weekends, so the job is ideal for a student or someone looking for extra work. It matters that the team gets along well, so we are primarily looking for someone who relates exceptionally well to people. Act quickly, as suitable candidates will be invited to interview immediately. Work begins when the ice forms, around 1 November 2026, and continues until the ice melts, around March 2027. Hours are approximately 5–8 p.m. Monday to Friday and 10 a.m.–6 p.m. at weekends, depending on the weather. There may be an opportunity to continue working at other locations in spring and summer. Keys to success A can-do attitude! The work gets done by doing, and you need to take initiative. Team player – the Kaleva team is excellent, and we want everyone to keep enjoying working together. Cheerful customer service – an excellent customer experience comes from professional skill and a genuine smile. Café-service experience – we value previous restaurant-sector experience and a hygiene passport, but we can train the right person for the role if needed. TG Klubben Oy is a multi-service company in the sports sector that manages the daily operations of around 20 swimming pools in Finland. TG Klubben Oy began by providing lifeguard services, then naturally expanded into providing cashier and café services. There are currently eight TG Café outlets, located at popular sports venues.
