About the role
The Infrastructure Acquisition Group secures the land, power, and data center capacity that enables Nebius AI Cloud. We identify where Nebius should grow next, structure commercial agreements, and partner across engineering, energy, finance, legal, and development to bring new AI infrastructure online. We're a small, founding team building this function from the ground up across the Americas, leading the acquisition of colocation, build-to-suit, powered land, and other strategic infrastructure opportunities as one of the world's fastest-growing AI cloud platforms scales.

Responsibilities
- Own the acquisition of AI infrastructure opportunities across the Americas, from market strategy through executed agreements.
- Develop regional acquisition strategies and maintain a continuous pipeline of qualified colocation, build-to-suit, and powered land opportunities.
- Lead negotiations across multiple commercial structures, from initial engagement through signed agreements.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in data center site selection, commercial real estate, infrastructure development, or large-scale industrial development.
- Experience leading infrastructure or real estate transactions from opportunity identification through contract execution.
- Strong understanding of data center infrastructure, utility markets, land development, and commercial negotiations.
