Sales and Recruitment Consultant

We are expanding our team and are hiring Sales and Recruitment Consultants for permanent positions. You’ll receive thorough onboarding, so a proactive sales attitude and a desire to grow in the job are a strong start. What does the job involve? The role is a versatile mix of sales, account management, and recruitment. Your day will include: new business development and active selling, building and developing client relationships, offering staffing and recruitment solutions, interviewing and assessing candidates, and sourcing suitable employees for our clients’ open positions. What do we expect from you? You can be an experienced HR professional or a motivated salesperson eager to learn recruitment. We especially value: initiative and proactive work style, excellent communication and negotiation skills, goal-oriented mindset and drive to deliver results, ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously, fluent Finnish, and a B-class driving license. Prior experience in B2B sales, recruitment, or staffing is beneficial but the right attitude and motivation matter most. What do we offer?
