About the role

We’re hiring a Product Manager to join our crew at QOCO Systems! What if you could directly shape how airlines and engine manufacturers plan and run their maintenance operations? We are looking for a Product Manager to join our product team and turn real aviation maintenance problems into software that is critical to making their maintenance processes more efficient. Your job is not to manage a feature factory or simply pass requests to engineering. It is to deeply understand our customers, make sharp prioritization calls and build things that actually matter. You will work closely with our commercial team to decide which problems are worth solving, why they matter now, and how we will know we got it right. Our products are already trusted by the likes of Finnair, Lufthansa and Rolls-Royce, with more leading names across global aviation. The market opportunity is proven and we are still early enough that the right person will have a real impact on where this goes. It is an exciting time to join. What you’ll be doing Own the product outcomes: vision, direction, roadmap, backlog and priority decisions linked to company strategy and commercial opportunities Run continuous discovery with airline & MRO customers to increase customer understanding and form strong product sense: join commercial engagements, observe real work, interview users and buyers and analyse product data Create points of view, demos, prototypes, experiments and product bets by leveraging AI (Claude Design, Claude Code...) to visualize, communicate and validate value with customers prior to delivery Leverage evidence, strategic fit, customer reach, commercial potential, risk, and effort to prioritize Ensure the problems we solve and solutions we build scale across existing and new customers Work daily with your product team to clarify direction, support with open questions and document releases and features
