AI Platform Engineer

Main responsibilities in this role: - Design and implement proof-of-concept solutions for the AI Platform spanning predictive, generative and agentic workflows. - Secure that applications are compliant in accordance with rules and regulations. - Define production readiness and operational governance. - Lead technical working groups and cross-team synchronization. - Translate strategic direction into tactical technical guidance for the teams. - Application risk management – manage risks and QRAs. - Application access management – access rules and requirements. - Application cost management – ensure cost efficient applications. - Application incident management – secure proper communication and reporting. Your background and skills include: - BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, a relevant technical field or equivalent practical experience. - 5+ years of experience as a Cloud native expert in designing and building production grade applications and services on AWS and other cloud providers (Azure or GCP). - Practical experience with Python development and managing complex environments with Terraform. - Experience working with AI/ML platforms such as Amazon SageMaker, Bedrock, AgentCore and Data platforms such as S3, AWS Glue, Lake Formation. - Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships across multiple domains, including expectations management. It would be ideal if you also: - Experience with agile methodologies and product development lifecycle. - Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, architecture, and data science teams. - Have professional experience from working in regulated industries, i.e. Banking, Government, etc. What we offer - People come here when they want to get somewhere.
