Cleaning Services Supervisor

RTK-Palvelu Oy is a Finnish multi-service company in property services and cleaning with 50 years of experience. We are looking for a Cleaning Services Supervisor for Seinäjoki. The role is to plan and ensure smooth operation of cleaning services at client sites. The candidate should be service-minded, customer-oriented and able to organize work efficiently even in busy conditions, with strong problem-solving skills. Prior experience in the cleaning sector, supervisory tasks (e.g., service supervisor), and successful management of client relationships are required. The applicant must be able to communicate fluently in Finnish and English and thrive in a multicultural work environment. Key responsibilities include directing daily operations, coordinating teams, and maintaining service quality. A valid driving license and access to a car are an asset; other professional qualifications in the field are advantageous.
