Insurance Sales Agent

A Finnish-speaking entrepreneur role at Pohjantähti Insurance. The Insurance Sales Agent works as an independent entrepreneur (e.g., as a sole trader or a limited company) and serves personal customers as their trusted advisor in risk identification and protection, while developing the customer relationship throughout the entire engagement. You will meet customers at our Porin contact point, online, or at the customers’ homes, and you represent Pohjantähti in all interactions to strengthen local brand presence. We value a strong sales drive, customer relationship development, and excellent interpersonal skills. Prior experience in insurance is advantageous, but the right attitude and motivation are more important. The candidate should be comfortable taking responsibility for their own results, plan and lead their daily work, and utilise Pohjantähti’s products, marketing, and support to grow their business.
