Breakfast Service Manager

Breakfast Service Manager role at Radisson Blu Royal Hotel, Helsinki. The position covers the morning service leadership in the breakfast team. The hotel is a renovated central Helsinki venue with dining facilities, event spaces, and a focus on high service standards. The role includes supervising the breakfast service in the Main Hall, delivering a Yes I Can attitude to guests, and ensuring memorable experiences. We expect strong interpersonal skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks, and readiness to work early morning shifts. Previous experience in similar duties is appreciated. The contract is permanent and part-time (90 hours/3 weeks). Responsibilities include leading the breakfast shift, ensuring service quality, coordinating team activities, and maintaining hygiene and safety standards.
