Site Manager

Anfra is a concrete and infrastructure builder operating in Finland and Northern Sweden, employing over 250 professionals. We specialize in cast-in-place concrete structures, structural design, and infrastructure construction for industrial, corporate, and public projects. Our specialties include industrial construction and energy infrastructure. This is not an ordinary site manager role. We are looking for the best infrastructure professionals in Finland for a role with significantly more responsibility and earning potential. In this business-responsible site manager role, sales and production are combined. You will independently handle project acquisition, pricing, contract negotiations, and lead production, finance, schedules, quality, safety, and the site team. You build your own project portfolio and carry genuine business and result responsibility. You can live anywhere in Finland, provided you have weekly travel readiness to sites in Finland and potentially Sweden. The role can be held via employment or a consultancy company. Fixed monthly salary for employment is 6,000-18,000 €/month depending on proven track record. Additionally, a bonus model allows for bonuses from project margins, potentially 3-4x the fixed salary annually. Requirements: - Strong experience in demanding site manager roles or result-oriented leadership of large construction projects. - Concrete evidence of independently acquiring and leading multi-million euro projects with broad financial responsibility. - Deep understanding of infrastructure production, contracts, and risks. - Ability to build trust with customers and negotiate deals, while also managing site leadership and project numbers. - Growth-oriented team player aligned with Anfra's values.
