Open Application: Maintenance and Repair Services

We provide roof maintenance and repairs for single-family homes and housing associations. Work is mainly performed from our Nurmijärvi and Pirkkala locations, with roof repairs carried out year-round and maintenance work varying by season (May–September). The role includes leak repairs, installation of roof safety and gutter products, warranty work, and seasonal maintenance as needed. Maintenance technicians typically perform seasonal maintenance during the summer period, with fixed-term contracts. The work is largely independent, sometimes with a partner, and uses the best tools and methods in the field. Tasks include physical work, inspection, documentation and reporting. Work days are weekdays, with 2–4 job sites per day. Pay is time-based (hourly). Successful candidates have prior experience in roof work and the ability to work independently. Jobs are performed from start to finish at the site. The role requires good communication and customer service skills, and good Finnish language proficiency. A B-class driving license is required, with BE and C licenses an advantage.
