The Maanmittausinsinöörin role is part of the Raahen city's Planning, Usage and Surveying department's parcel team. The main duties include the preparation of street area deliveries and requesting land surveys from the National Land Survey, tasks related to preparation of lease agreements and real estate transactions. The position may include other tasks as assigned by the employer based on the selected candidate's skills and experience. Knowledge of land management, zoning and laws related to land exchanges is required; prior experience in similar tasks is advantageous. We use Esri ArcGIS Pro with CGI’s FactaMap add-on and Factakuntarekisteri. Eligibility requires a degree in Geomatics Engineering or equivalent. Good spoken and written Finnish and strong interpersonal skills are required. The parcel team operates from Raahen city technical center. There is a contractual partial remote work option. Flexible office hours. Salary and other terms follow the municipal technical staff collective agreements (TS, pay grade II, class 28, €3493.06 / month).
