Mission: As a Sales Product Specialist (d/f/m) – Diabetes Care, you are the ambassador of our solutions to pharmacists and healthcare professionals in your sector. You will play a key role in promoting our product range across distribution and prescription channels and actively contribute to business growth. Your main responsibilities include developing commercial activity (distribution), building customized action plans per client to ensure loyalty, proposing and negotiating tailored commercial offers or partnerships, monitoring and guiding national or regional pharmacy groups, contributing to product and service performance, and training pharmacy teams on products and tools via demonstrations. You will develop prescriptions and sales with hospitals and physicians, work on growth plans for turnover and market share while maintaining professional relationships, and keep up-to-date with data in reporting tools and participate in client events. Requirements include higher commercial education, proven field sales experience in medical devices or consumer goods, knowledge of pharmaceutical and medical issues, strong conviction and results orientation, excellent relational skills, and listening ability. Qualification: higher commercial education; travel within the sector; French market requires Paris area residence.
