In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, developing, and automating IT systems, especially Jira and Confluence environments. Your work will also include process optimization and handling internal customer requests, ensuring smooth systems for the entire organization. You will manage project initiation, permissions, and streamline processes through automation. In addition to system maintenance, you will ensure the functionality of other individual IT software. This role combines troubleshooting, service request handling, and participation in team development projects. Your tasks include maintaining Jira and Confluence, configuring workflows, automations, ensuring software functionality, resolving service requests, maintaining documentation, and participating in projects. Advantageous skills include EntraID, system integrations, data security, service management systems, and logical reasoning.
