We are seeking a Customer Service Employee fluent in Dutch, to join our sales team in Cuxhaven, either full-time or part-time, with flexible working options including remote work. Responsibilities include customer advice via phone, product sales with needs analysis, hotline support, collaboration with the field service team, and data management in our IT system. Requirements include completed vocational training, fluent Dutch and good German skills, and a passion for customer service.
