We are seeking a Solution Architect to strengthen the Architecture Team at the Employment Fund. As a Solution Architect you will own the technical architecture, guiding design and implementation in strategic development initiatives. You will identify business needs, structure requirements, and translate them into implementable solutions. As the technical owner of the solution, you will steer solution options, integrations, and information architecture in line with the fund’s principles and guidelines. You will collaborate closely with project teams, product owners, IT, technical experts, vendors, and business stakeholders. As a member of the architecture team you will contribute to developing the architectural capability of Työllisyysrahasto. You report to the Head of Architecture. The role is hybrid with work partly at the Helsinki office and partly remote, depending on project needs. The position belongs to the demanding level 7 with a salary range of 4 175–5 845 €/month. Requirements
- Experience as a Solution Architect in development projects
- Experience in scoping, requirements definition, evaluating solution options and documenting solutions
- Understanding of TOGAF ADM and Agile Architecture principles
- Ability to model and document architectures using notation standards
- Experience with Microsoft stack and Azure cloud, software development, security and integration approaches
- Ability to support and guide technical implementation and ensure compliance with IT guidelines and legal regulations
- Strong collaboration, facilitation and communication skills
