We are seeking a caregiver to support, guide and assist our clients in day activities, according to their individual needs, wishes and goals. The role focuses on enabling participation, independent action, and meaningful daytime activities. You will plan and implement varied daytime activities with clients and the team to support functioning, interaction, community, and everyday skills. Activities may include creative work, work and supporting tasks, outdoor activities, errands, trips, and group-based engagement. You will interact with clients respectfully, individually, and uphold their self-determination. You will use various communication and guidance methods tailored to client needs. You will work closely with the multi-disciplinary team, clients’ relatives, and other professionals and partners. You will participate in planning, assessment and documentation of client goals.
