Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a channel/partner strategy for the GCC & Middle East region (excluding Turkey) covering distributors, system integrators, end-user labs, imaging facilities, pre-clinical research organisations, biopharma sites. Manage existing distributors and recruit/qualify new channel partners: set commercial terms, quotas, training, performance review, incentive schemes and joint business plans. Drive sales of our portfolio via channels: reproductive health diagnostic kits and systems, life sciences instruments/automation (sample prep, imaging, high-content, animal imaging), infectious disease assays including T-SPOT.TB automation and workflows. Oversee distributor performance: sales pipeline, forecasting, margin management, inventory, promotional programmes, joint marketing activities. Work closely with regional product line managers, marketing, technical service, regulatory teams to support launches, regulatory clearance (KSA, UAE, GCC), customer training, after-sales support. Deep knowledge of the KSA market: major labs, public/private healthcare networks, life sciences research institutes, automation budgets and procurement cycles. Monitor competitor activities, distributor landscape, market trends (diagnostics automation, animal imaging, HCS), and communicate insights to global management. Attend partner conferences, industry trade shows, distributors meetings, and represent Revvity in the region. Travel regionally (GCC/ME) as required (30-40%) and engage with cross-functional global teams. Travel readiness across the region. Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency strongly preferred.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (Business, Life Sciences, Engineering or equivalent); advanced degree (MBA, MSc) is a plus.
- 8-12 years’ experience in sales or channel management in the diagnostics/life sciences/automation industry, with strong exposure in the GCC & Middle East, and specifically in KSA.
