We are looking for a cleaner / home care worker. Your responsibilities will include cleaning clients' homes, office cleaning, shopping for clients, and various other housekeeping tasks such as laundry and window washing. Experience in cleaning, personal assistance, home care, or similar work is appreciated but not required; you will learn on the job. Attitude and customer service skills are important, as most clients are elderly. Reliable and able to chat with clients during visits. Finnish language skills are required. A criminal background check is required for work with the elderly. You will need your own car to move between clients, and a separate allowance is paid for using your own car. Most job sites are in the Kanta-Hyria region with some in Ilmajoki and Seinäjoki. 6-month trial period. Salary negotiated case-by-case; minimum wage 13.50 €/hour. Start by 1.10.2026, after training you will visit clients independently and have some flexibility with hours and days. Typical hours are weekdays 8–17. Currently about 110 hours/month, may be increased with sufficient experience. Temporary contract until April 2028 (maternity leave cover) with potential for permanent employment. This is a meaningful job with very nice clients and positive feedback for good work.
