Front Desk Receptionist

We are looking for an enthusiastic and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our lively team at Northern Lights Village Saariselkä. The role involves greeting guests warmly, handling check-in and check-out, managing reservations, and maintaining a welcoming reception area. Requirements include at least one year of experience as a hotel receptionist or similar, fluent English skills, excellent communication and customer service skills, ability to work independently and in a team, good organizational skills, experience with property management systems, professional and friendly demeanor, and a valid B driver’s license.
