About the role
Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Immigration Specialist to join Nebius to oversee U.K. immigration cases and coordinate global immigration processes across multiple locations. The Specialist provides strategic direction and hands-on management of immigration cases in the United Kingdom and globally, ensuring collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners. Key responsibilities include end-to-end U.K. immigration processes, staying updated on UK immigration law changes, coordinating processes across locations, being the primary contact for employees and HR/Legal, tracking deadlines, maintaining records in Jira and HiBob, and managing invoices with providers. Must-have: Bachelor’s degree in HR or equivalent; UK immigration experience; experience with immigration in other locations preferred; strong attention to detail. Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end U.K. immigration processes in close coordination with external immigration service provider, including case initiation, document collection, filing, and full case oversight through to approval
- Stay updated on changes in U.K. immigration law, policies, and procedures, and ensure external partners align with updated requirements
- Coordinate immigration processes across multiple global locations, ensuring consistency, compliance, and alignment with local regulations and company standards
- Act as the primary point of contact for employees and internal stakeholders (HR, Legal etc.), ensuring consistent communication, guidance, and issue resolution throughout each case
- Monitor immigration deadlines and ensure timely submission of required documents
- Maintain accurate records of all immigration cases in the internal tracking systems – Jira and HiBob
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with external immigration providers worldwide to ensure effective collaboration and service delivery
- Oversee the processing of invoices from external immigration providers, ensuring accuracy, proper allocation, and timely payment in line with internal finance procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or equivalent
- Experience in managing immigration processes within the UK
- Experience with immigration processes in other locations is preferred
- Keep relationships with external providers: immigration attorneys, providers, vendors
- Strong attention to detail
