
Technical Support Engineer

The Position Main responsibilities: - Installation and validation: Carrying out the installation, configuration, validation and commissioning of new Roche laboratory systems. - Maintenance: Performing planned and preventive maintenance of equipment in accordance with international standards and company regulations. - Diagnostics and repair: Prompt diagnosis of malfunctions (both on-site at the customer and using remote support tools) and carrying out repair work of any complexity. - Technical support: Providing professional consultations and training to laboratory personnel (laboratory doctors, biologists, client engineers) on the rules of operation and care of the equipment. - Modernization: Installing software updates and hardware modifications (upgrades) of systems. - Reporting and documentation: Timely and accurate maintenance of all service documentation, filling out certificates of completed work and reports in the corporate CRM system (in accordance with ISO standards and internal policies). - Spare parts management: Effective management of own spare parts warehouse. Candidate requirements: - Education: Higher technical education (biomedical engineering, electronics, radio engineering, metrology, IT or related specialties). - Work experience: From 2 years as a service engineer with medical or complex laboratory equipment. - Technical knowledge: Deep understanding of the principles of electronics, mechanics, optics and hydraulics. - IT skills: Confident PC user. Understanding of computer network principles (TCP/IP, LIS/HIS integration). - Languages: Ukrainian – fluent. English – not lower than Intermediate (B1). Mandatory requirement for reading technical documentation, passing manufacturer training and correspondence with global support. - Mobility: Possession of a category "B" driver's license and driving experience. - Readiness for business trips: The work is of a traveling nature, readiness for regular business trips across Ukraine. - Personal qualities: High customer orientation, excellent communication skills, responsibility, analytical mind, ability to work in multitasking mode and make decisions independently.

Requirements
- Higher technical education (biomedical engineering, electronics, radio engineering, metrology, IT or related)
- At least 2 years of experience as a service engineer with medical or complex laboratory equipment
- Deep understanding of electronics, mechanics, optics and hydraulics
- Proficient PC user with understanding of computer networks (TCP/IP, LIS/HIS integration)
- Fluent Ukrainian
- English at Intermediate (B1) level or higher
- Category B driver's license and driving experience
- Willingness to travel regularly across Ukraine
- High customer orientation and excellent communication skills
- Analytical mind and ability to work independently in multitasking environments
