Service Planner, Cleaning Services We are looking for a development-minded cleaning-services professional with analytical and financial thinking and a desire to develop cleaning services in practice. The selected candidate is expected to start on 4 January 2027, or as agreed. What does the role include? As Service Planner, you are responsible for planning cleaning services and sizing workloads at different customer sites. You take part in starting up new and renovated sites and redesign services when premises, their purposes of use or customer needs change. In the role, you: - Plan and size cleaning services. - Assess the effects of service solutions on quality, smooth work processes and costs. - Prepare sizing plans, service descriptions, work instructions and cost calculations. - Take part in site visits and plan the practical delivery of services. - Monitor service quality and analyse quality observations and performance indicators. - Make development proposals based on information and put agreed changes into practice. - Develop consistent operating models with customers, management, supervisors and cleaning-services staff. The role gives you the opportunity to examine cleaning services as a whole and find functional, cost-effective solutions for different sites. Services do not all need to be delivered in the same way, so we expect you to compare alternatives, justify solutions and, when necessary, constructively challenge current practices. Success in the role requires: - Broad expertise in the cleaning sector. - An understanding of cleaning-service planning, quality and cost formation. - Experience in cleaning-service sizing, service planning, quality management or operational development. - Good collaboration and communication skills. - An independent, organised and proactive approach to work. - The ability to manage several work areas at the same time. - Readiness to make data-based decisions and carry matters forward purposefully. - Good IT skills and the ability to use information to plan and develop operations. The following are considered an advantage: - Knowledge of the CleanNet sizing program or another cleaning-service sizing system. - Experience starting up or reorganising cleaning services. - Skills in quality monitoring, reporting and cost calculation. - An interest in using new digital solutions and artificial intelligence, for example in data analysis, planning and preparing materials. You will work closely with customers, supervisors, cleaning-services staff and other stakeholders. The role gives you responsibility and the opportunity to use your expertise, develop your skills and influence how our services work. Pay is determined under the collective agreement's pay system. The role-specific salary is €3,270.12 per month. An experience supplement under the collective agreement is also paid (more than 5 years = 5%; more than 10 years = 10%).
