Service Planner / Cleaning Services We are looking for a skilled person in the cleaning industry with a development mindset and an analytical and financial approach. You have a genuine desire to develop cleaning services in practice. What does the role involve? As a service planner, you are responsible for planning and sizing work efforts in different customer environments within cleaning services. You participate in launching operations in new premises and in connection with renovations, and re-plan and adapt cleaning when premises, their intended use or customer needs change. Your work includes: - Planning and sizing cleaning services. - Assessing how selected service solutions affect cleaning quality, work efficiency and cost-effectiveness. - Preparing sizing plans, service descriptions, work instructions and cost estimates. - Visiting customer sites and taking part in planning the practical delivery of services. - Monitoring the quality of services and analysing key figures and quality observations. - Developing proposals based on collected information and putting agreed changes into practice. - Developing and harmonising working methods with customers, management, supervisors and Cleaning Services staff. The role gives you insight into cleaning services as a whole and the opportunity to identify and develop effective, cost-efficient solutions. Services do not need to be delivered in the same way at every customer site. We therefore expect you to compare alternatives, justify your solutions and, when needed, constructively challenge established practices and routines. To succeed, you need varied experience in the cleaning industry; an understanding of cleaning-service planning, quality work and how costs arise; and experience sizing and planning services, monitoring quality and developing operations. You should have good collaboration and communication skills, an independent, systematic and active approach, the ability to handle several workstreams at once, and readiness to make information-based decisions and develop operations purposefully. Good IT skills and the ability to use information in planning and development are also required. It is an advantage if you have experience with the CleanNet sizing program or another cleaning-industry sizing system; experience launching or reorganising cleaning services in premises; expertise in quality monitoring, reporting and cost calculation; or an interest in using new digital solutions and AI, for example to analyse information, plan operations and prepare different materials. You will work closely with customers, supervisors, operational-area staff and other stakeholders. The role gives you responsibility and good opportunities to use your expertise, develop your skills and help our cleaning services operate efficiently. Working hours are flexible, and remote work is possible. The task-based salary is €3,270.12 per month. A collective-agreement experience increment is also paid: 5% after 5 years of experience and 10% after 10 years.
