What you’ll do: Provide mental health counseling sessions, including clinical risk assessments; Respond to critical incidents and clinical crises; Complete required internal training, assignments and attend Clinical Team meetings; Follow Spring Health policies and maintain confidentiality, compliance, and ethical standards; Become familiar with data-driven decision making and measurement-based care; Review monthly projections, client metrics, and clinical outcomes to monitor quality client care. You must be physically based in and have an unrestricted license to practice psychotherapy with the PA, VA, OH, IL, AZ, CT, MA, MO, CO, and/or WI. You have the ability to work a full 40 hour work week and telehealth competence. You are able and eager to maintain an average caseload of 30 sessions per week. You have training and experience in evidenced-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, CPT. You are comfortable with safety planning and intervention when risks arise. You are committed to quality clinical care and want to expand your capabilities by being informed of client progress or challenges. You prefer to work independently but value collaboration with a team and master’s level clinical care navigators. Nice to have: 3+ years post-licensed experience; cross-licensed in other states; open to treating populations beyond adults; openness to nights/weekends. Salary information: The target salary for this role ranges from $66,000-$70,000 and serves as the baseline for total compensation.
