About the role

We are seeking a **lecturer** for a permanent position at our Helsinki campus to join the competent team of work community developer education. **The lecturer's duties include** - Teaching and guidance in work community developer education (online degree). - Teaching and developing education in a digital operating environment. - Participating in the development of education across the entire university of applied sciences. - Participating in the planning and implementation of RDI (Research, Development, and Innovation) projects. - Other separately agreed tasks. **We expect from you** - Strong expertise and experience in developing work communities at a strategic and/or operational level. - Deep understanding of the structures and values that guide work at the individual, community, and societal levels. - Work experience in higher education teaching and guidance, as well as versatile practical knowledge of work communities, is a major plus. - A goal-oriented approach and interest in developing your own work community and its practices. - Readiness to teach modules related to the development of work processes, supervise theses, and guide teaching and team activities. - Expertise in online learning environments. - Fluent English language skills. - Good cooperation and interaction skills. - Readiness to operate in rapidly changing situations. - Courage and enthusiasm to develop and try new things. Performing the duties requires a suitable higher education degree, pedagogical qualification or readiness to acquire one, and at least three years of practical work experience (decree 1129/2014) in the professional contents of work community developer education. Terms of employment and remuneration follow the Collective Agreement for Universities of Applied Sciences (Sivista) and a 6-month probationary period. The employment is permanent. Work begins as agreed.
