NIMS Network Documentation Specialist

We are hiring a NIMS documentation specialist to strengthen the documentation of our telecommunications networks. In this role, your work will have a concrete impact across the network delivery chain, from planning to construction and commissioning. As a NIMS documentation specialist, you are responsible for documenting the physical and logical telecommunications network and keeping its records up to date. You ensure network information is reliably available from network planning through construction and commissioning. Up-to-date documentation supports the operation of services, completion of work, and smooth progress. What we expect from you - Practical expertise in the NIMS system and previous experience in NIMS documentation - At least five years of experience using the NIMS system - Ability to document physical and logical telecommunications networks - Understanding of telecommunications networks and the importance of network documentation at different stages of the network lifecycle - A careful approach to work and the ability to maintain the quality of network information - Ability to work independently and collaborate with planning and other specialists involved in the network delivery chain Documentation work requires accuracy and systematic working habits. You will need good interpersonal skills to work closely with our specialists. We are interested to hear how you would succeed in the role.
