You will help deliver Epassi’s vision as the Daily Wellbeing Companion by taking end-to-end ownership of the super app experience for our end users. This individual contributor role combines strategic leadership with hands-on work when needed: you will set direction and own standards for the full app experience. Your responsibilities will be: Own the end-to-end super app experience from flows and interaction models to UX metrics across all markets. Drive the evolution of design guidelines for the app inside the Epassi design system, setting standards across the full design team. Lead hands-on concept creation, interaction design, and visual design for complex, modular app structures. Ensure a consistent, scalable user experience across products, regions, and surfaces. Coach other app designers in the company. Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and brand marketing. Balance long-term UX vision with practical delivery and execution. During the first 6–9 months, you will: Gain sufficient understanding of the users and business context in different countries. Take ownership of the super app concept and create a plan for scaling and improvements. Establish e2e ownership of app flows and frameworks for UX metrics. Collaborate with stakeholders and align patterns, flows, and standards. Your daily tasks include setting design direction, hands-on design, monitoring UX metrics, cross-functional collaboration, and team interaction. Requirements include 8-10+ years of experience, deep understanding of app design trends, UX metrics, designOps, mobile constraints, and experience in HR tech, fintech, wellness, or sports. The ideal candidate has exceptional visual and interaction skills, strategic thinking, data-informed decision making, excellent communication, and leadership skills. Requirements
- 8-10+ years of experience designing at-scale, complex consumer apps.
- Proven experience owning end-to-end product experiences across multiple domains or surfaces.
- Deep understanding of modern app design trends, patterns, and interaction paradigms, especially around complex apps or super apps and AI-powered features.
- Experience defining and tracking UX metrics and connecting design to measurable outcomes.
- Solid designOps experience and thus awareness of how AI and automation can support the design process.
- Solid understanding of mobile technical constraints and accessibility requirements.
- Experience from HR tech, fintech, wellness, or sports is a plus.
- English skills are mandatory, an Epassi market language is a plus.
