About the role
Du übernimmst eine beratende Funktion und arbeitest fachlich von der Konzeption bis zur Umsetzung bei der Fehlerbehebung, der Definition von Neuanforderungen und IT-Changes mit. Du koordinierst und arbeitest mit unseren Softwarelieferanten zusammen und führst hierbei Softwaretests zur Qualitätssicherung durch. Du betreust unsere Fachabteilungen bei der Prozess- und IT-Optimierung. Du unterstützt unseren Usersupport, übernimmst Schulungen und erstellst die dazugehörigen Dokumentationen.

Responsibilities
- Provide advisory input from conception to implementation in IT changes
- Coordinate with software suppliers and conduct software tests for quality assurance
- Support business units in process and IT optimization
- Assist users, conduct trainings, and create related documentation
Requirements
- Multiple years of experience in IT
- Preferably degree in Computer Science, Economics or Engineering
- Holistic understanding of processes, system requirements and IT systems
- Proficient with databases (MS SQL)
- Strong communication and analytical thinking
- High self-imposed standards and goal orientation
