Cleaning Professional

You will be responsible for cleaning our clients’ homes and premises to a high standard, with regular house cleaning, one-off cleans, window washing and general facility cleaning. The role is primarily daytime and weekday-based. You will also act as the practical onboarding trainer for new employees, guiding them in cleaning methods and the correct, efficient and safe use of cleaning machines, devices, tools and cleaning agents. You will help ensure our unified operating procedures and high quality are implemented at all sites. We expect: relevant cleaning education or qualification (e.g. hospital/cleaning or facility cleaning qualification), practical cleaning experience, good knowledge of cleaning machines, devices, tools and cleaning agents, ability to train new employees, responsible and independent work attitude, customer focus and good teamwork, willingness to develop operations with the team, excellent spoken and written Finnish.
