Join us and take responsibility for the quality and safety of our gym facilities! 🔧 Job description and what we are looking for: We are looking for a responsible and conscientious Quality & Safety Support (QSS) to look after the facilities at our Mellunmäki gym and our Group centre opening in Kontula in November. The part-time role is 20 hours per week, with shifts from Monday to Friday (5 hours per day). Work is mainly in the morning or early afternoon. The starting pay is €13.46 per hour. We are looking for a service-minded multi-skilled person who can manage several things at once and work independently. The work is independent and occasionally hectic, so self-direction and prioritisation are important. You need fluent Finnish and English. Your main duties include: Maintaining the gym’s general appearance and cleanliness by taking care of routine tasks Checking the condition of equipment and carrying out minor maintenance Reporting larger repair needs and working with the area Maintenance Specialist Taking general responsibility for safety according to the safety inspection instructions Customer satisfaction is a matter of honour at Fitness24Seven, and the Quality & Safety Support role plays an important part in it.
