Crane Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a crane maintenance technician / mechanic for the capital region in a permanent employment. You will work for a company that is one of Finland's well-known players in the rental and service sector for machines and personnel hoists, offering a diverse fleet plus maintenance, repair and servicing. In this role you will mainly maintain hoists and other site equipment, diagnose faults and carry out repairs. Tasks include routine servicing and repairs of hoists, diagnosing mechanical and hydraulic faults, inspecting equipment functionality, debugging electrical faults, and documenting maintenance work. The job mostly operates from the Espoo office, with potential on-site work at customer sites across the greater Helsinki area. We expect a practical, problem-solving mechanic who enjoys working with machines. You should have previous experience with mechanical maintenance or repair, understanding of hydraulics and mechanics, willingness to perform diagnostics and identify root causes, be proactive and precise, and have a driver’s license (B). Experience with hoists or other work equipment is preferred but the key is strong technical ability and willingness to learn.
