We are Helsinki Shipyard and we are looking for a Business Analyst to support strategic steering and business development across Davie Shipyards in Finland. You will help transform complex data into actionable insights and support strategic processes that drive value across our organization. You will work to connect our company vision to operational execution, providing fact-based and future-proof insights to Davie Finland’s top management. What you will focus on includes contributing to the annual strategy process, turning data into clear insights on performance and financial impact, translating strategy into actions, managing stakeholders, and driving initiatives. To succeed, you should have an early-career background in Strategy, BI, Finance or Consulting, or a Master’s degree or equivalent in Business, Engineering, Finance or related field. Proficiency in Finnish & English and MS Office tools (Excel, Power BI) is important, as is a collaborative, analytical mindset and a proactive attitude. We offer hybrid work arrangements and the Helsinki office, with further offices in Pori and Turku. The role includes a medical check and security clearance as part of the selection process.

Responsibilities
- Support strategic steering by contributing to the annual strategy process and aligning targets with the overall strategy
- Provide decision-ready analysis turning data into insights on performance, risks and financial impact
- Help translate strategy into execution by defining concrete actions and clarifying requirements
- Manage stakeholders and alignment across functions to gather input and resolve gaps
- Communicate and drive initiatives by presenting complex topics to leadership and driving cross-functional development initiatives
Requirements
- Early-career professional with some experience in Strategy, Business Intelligence, Finance or Consulting or similar
- Master’s degree or equivalent in Business, Engineering, Finance or related field
- Proficiency in Finnish & English (written and spoken)
- MS Office tools, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI or equivalent
