Gas Station Attendant

Would you like a job where you can genuinely brighten people’s day, cup of coffee at a time? We are looking for a gas station attendant at Neste Warkaudenportti on a casual employment basis. The role focuses on morning, day and evening shifts. The work starts toward the end of September. In this job no day is exactly the same and you will have a genuinely versatile role: at times you serve customers, at times you prepare food, and always ensure that breaks feel good for the customer. At Huili you are not just at work—you are part of a place where people stop to take a breather, eat, and continue their day with a better mood. You will meet a variety of people during a day: regular customers, commuters, families with children and passers-by. In this role the work emphasizes kitchen duties and food preparation. You ensure that products are high quality, attractively displayed and ready for the customer at the right time. In addition to kitchen work, the day includes customer service, store maintenance and other daily tasks at the gas station. You succeed when: you enjoy doing and offering customers quality products; you naturally notice customers and make them feel welcome; you stay calm and friendly even when busy; you take initiative and keep your surroundings clean and safe; you like that every day is a little different. Success shows quickly when customers return, the restaurant looks appealing, and the break moment leaves a positive memory. You will receive an onboarding; you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in a diverse work environment. Wages are determined according to the collective agreement governing tourism, restaurant and leisure services. A fluent Finnish language is an asset as the job includes customer service and following work- and safety instructions; English skills are a plus.
