Injection Molding Operator

We are hiring for a Finnish employer Oy All-Plast Ab. The position is for an injection molding operator in the domestic plastics production sector. The role entails setting and operating injection molding machines, changing molds and performing trial runs, monitoring product quality, performing minor maintenance and weekly servicing, packing finished products and warehouse handling. The work is carried out closely with the rest of the team, with training provided by a teammate so new employees are supported from day one. We expect a proactive and developmental work attitude, technical comprehension and interest in production work, good physical condition, and a positive, humorous, team-oriented mindset. Prior experience in industrial production or technical training is beneficial but not required — attitude is what matters.
