Logistics Analyst

Description of the employment: Manage end-to-end billing (invoices, credit/debit notes, exports) ensuring accuracy and timely processing. Contribute to warehouse organization by ordering inventory and maintaining clean and safe work areas. Control documentation, goods outflow and inventories (including returns). Analyze orders and generate billing, management and logistics cost reports. Keep control systems updated and handle claims on relevant platforms. Support logistics team in optimizing warehouse operations and identifying opportunities for process improvement. Monitor transport invoices vs. logbook, detecting deviations. Monitor operational indicators and daily routines (MDI). Drive continuous improvements in processes and provide support to other areas. Lead the team and ensure compliance with safety, hygiene and environmental standards.
