Fennia is looking for a Strategy Analyst for its Helsinki office to work within the group-level strategy function. The team's primary goal is to support the company's board, top management, and business units in strategic decision-making by providing high-quality insights into market developments and changes in the operating environment. As a Strategy Analyst, you will have a diverse and dynamic workday, supporting various business areas and management in data-driven leadership. You will collaborate closely with the strategy team, other managers, and experts. Key responsibilities include continuous monitoring and analysis of the operating environment, market trends, and the competitive landscape, as well as preparing strategic reports and market reviews to support decision-making. You will also be responsible for collecting, modeling, and visualizing data into an easily digestible format. Requirements
- Relevant and excellently completed university degree (e.g., Master of Science in Economics or Master of Science in Engineering in Industrial Management)
- Experience in demanding problem-solving roles, e.g., from leading management consulting firms
- Ability to grasp large entities, analyze complex information, and summarize it into clear conclusions
- Good collaboration and interaction skills, as well as fluent oral and written presentation skills
- Natural curiosity, initiative, and desire to develop
