SIXT is looking for energetic and sales-oriented Rental Sales Agents at the Rovaniemi branch for the winter season 2026–2027. We offer both full-time and part-time opportunities from October 2026 to March 2027. In Rovaniemi, you will work with international customers and play an important role in creating a first-class customer experience at one of the world’s leading car rental companies. As a Rental Sales Agent, you will be responsible for providing smooth and high-quality service to customers throughout the rental process. The work includes both customer service and active sales. Your duties will include: Multichannel customer service at the branch, via phone, and electronic channels Renting out vehicles and handling returns Actively selling additional services and products Preparing and managing rental agreements Vehicle inspections Preparing vehicles for rentals Other daily operational tasks as part of the team. You actively seek sales opportunities, work efficiently under pressure, and handle changing situations confidently. We expect from you: Excellent Finnish and English language skills A valid B driver’s license and at least one year of driving experience A sales-oriented and customer-focused approach Good IT skills Initiative and responsibility Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
