A skilled concrete element manufacturer is sought in Lahti. The role involves independent work at the factory, primarily finishing and assembling concrete wall, sandwich, and balcony elements; experience with brick-faced elements and thick plasterwork is a plus. Responsibilities include element production from start to finish and ensuring quality of workmanship. We expect the candidate to be able to work autonomously, with good social skills to cooperate with colleagues in tight situations, and to have proficiency in Finnish or English as the site language. The position starts when a suitable candidate is found, with anticipated work extending into autumn; there is a good chance to secure a permanent position within our client’s core team.
