Customer Service Representative

In contact with clients by email, phone, or via social media, you ensure to answer all their questions. You will follow training on arrival to learn to handle all situations and satisfy your clients. Although your clients speak mainly French, at work you will exchange with colleagues in English, which means you can improve your language skills! Arrival in Porto: we take care of everything! Your flight to Porto will be reimbursed, and upon arrival, your new colleagues will pick you up at the airport. We will assist in all administrative steps such as health insurance, taxes, and opening a bank account. You will also have the possibility to take free Portuguese courses, which will help you settle in and speak with locals.
