Ruukki Construction Oy manufactures high-quality steel-based building products designed to withstand demanding conditions. As a production worker you will participate in the manufacturing of our products safely, efficiently, and with high quality as part of the production team. You will work on the Panel production line in various stages, such as feed, coil feeding, gluing, cutting with a saw, packaging, and loading. The work is shift-based. Key tasks include operating the Panel production line stages, safely using production machines and equipment, following production plans, quality requirements and safety instructions, cooperating with the production team to ensure smooth production, and promoting a safe and good working environment through your own actions. What we expect from you: you enjoy practical work, are comfortable in a team, and take responsibility for your own work. We especially value initiative, responsibility and commitment to safe working practices, cooperative attitude, thoroughness, willingness to learn and develop your skills, and readiness for physical work. Prior experience in manufacturing or industrial work is beneficial but not required.
