Unikie is looking for an AI Adoption Mentor — Test Automation & QA to support our customers testing and QA teams in Tampere. The role involves assessing current AI usage, identifying practical use cases, mentoring testers, QA engineers, and developers in effective use of AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, or similar. Supporting AI-assisted test case generation, test design, test coverage analysis, bug investigation, and documentation. The candidate should have a strong background in software testing, hands-on AI experience, mentoring skills, and fluency in English. Onsite work in Tampere is required. Nice to have: experience with Polarion, GitHub, CI/CD, industrial domains, and Finnish language skills.
